| Hi Romulus, The eye shares many similarities with my own and I wonder if the difference caused by the same "perceived reality", at some point, between one's certainty-feelings and another's uncertainty-feelings, leads to an empiric ground or not (only). Take me as example, I act with uncertainty even when I'm sure: instead of taking the plain shortcut, I take the subway which is bound to a roller coaster track, just to heat up the center of what I seek, or to cool it down. And I know that whatever tells me that I could measure the severity of such actions, paying attention to the frequency and to the dependable degrees, is also part of my mental matrix. Moreover, when I do make the measuring before an action, it often ends in silence. Probably, not the best way to comment what I've sensed, but I hope you don't mind. | Dear DCM It is the greatest of honours to have been at any point of what has become your comment on my own war of thoughts... Allow me a short story to further deepen my thought before indulging into the challenge of continuing my essay: it's been said that seeing people asked blinds by birth if they would, at an any time of their lives, want -if possible- to gain their sight. The reply still haunts me to day: NO... I do look -as I write- around myself, the Xmas tree, the dim rush of eye-driven senses flooding my innerness; how could I live without these?
