| I have heard that in Rome, each day an inmate suicides. In Romania, each day an inmate lives like a beast, and when they get out, they do the same things like before they entered in jail. This means we have to educate our inmates, "govern yourself then govern others" said Confucius but this works for anyone, "govern yourself". | |
