+ Angelic modernity... | John Willy Kopperud [25.Feb.09 20:53] |
...up through the years once again, Marius! Loved this sentence: A Havana kept between the teeth by the treacherous smile. You've hit a nerve with this theme! Cheers from Willy
= thank you Willy! | Marius Surleac [27.Feb.09 10:59] |
Willy, thank you very much for the yellow sign. I am glad about your opinion on my collection of poems with and about angels. As you well observed, I like to combine the old paths of this particular part of religion with the contemporaneous elements in a expressionist and surrealist manner. There are more to come and the feedback obtained here and also on the Romanian side helps me. Cheers, Marius
= Great :) | Yoanna D [06.Mar.09 20:06] |
It is wonderful that I finally got to return, it’s been a while and I missed your poems :) This one is great; I like how you can get religion into these times and make it sound so good. It has such a complex and great imagery, it has meaning in every expression, you get nature, pain and religion, poetry, bodies and souls and you marry them into such a delightful combination, I just love it :) Can’t wait to see what is next ;) Best wishes, Ioana.

Thank you very much Ioana for your kind comment and I'm glad you've pointed out few of the themes used that, themes that you like. Cheers, Marius
