Where did this annoying surge of optimism came from?
There he was, his arms naturally elbowing through the realpolitik of his life, basing his notions on true, perceivable facts, his both feet deep into the grounds of empirical love life, suffering, like you do, from jealousy and despair in order to ensure a healthy perpetuation of his species, and, suddenly this bliss.
He had read about this kind of stuff in idealist literature and makeshif religious writings, with the superiority of one who trusts only his senses. And he had often been disgusted of the naivity and childishness of these stories, with all things serving a higher purpose and all that.
So what’s this about?
All the layers of being he had been identifying with were now being stripped apart, one by one, and, the odd thing was that , as never could never even conceive before, this outstripping was actually not undermining anything, was not affecting himself in anyway. It was like someone would wake up in the morning, with all his hair shaven off, with a different eye color and different body measurements alltogheter and they could still feel the same person. A person totally different from what others thought a person should be.
Yeah, he has obviously mad. He was getting sick. He suddenly felt like a schizo.Only his other personality was a dead lump of matter, filled with undelivered stool and smelly internal organs that were now becoming greener and greener.
And all this batch of meat was now surrounded by other, somewhat more vivid batches of meat, all dressed in black
