Same people, same places
New days, old faces
Live a day all over again
Watch the same pouring rain
Do the same things
Nothing new a new day brings
It’s all the same
No one is to blame
Your life is like a prison
For living, you find no reason
‘Cause you run in the same circle
Keep trying to see a sparkle
On the sun that smiles at you
You feel old and cold and blue,
You feel weak and sad and bad,
Now you’re happy, now you’re glad
All these feelings you well know
You’re sick of their darkly glow
They seem new, in fact they’re old
It’s ROUTINE that makes them hold.
