- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2007-08-25 | | Overwhelming attraction Of a stillborn emotion Beautifully harassed To sleep on the glass at last (unaware the butterfly) A lens reflects her dreams The scheme completes, it seems, Tightening the beams Drowning out the screams (gentle the lullaby) Digital chemical Promises so subtle Pierced through the wings By invisible strings (caressed by the chain) With a kiss a smile is cut With a blink the trap snaps shut Embraced with affection She joins the collection (never to fly again)
