A little old man
packing them down
one by one
in neat cardboard boxes.
They may not be
outrageously intelligent
but their tiny voices
contain the power of
hypnotic suggestion.
When asked about
what he's doing
he claims that he's
"just making a buck."
And his nose
is growing
day by day.
