It was
As the sea was rising
Her gracious foaming waves...
We lay our bodies down
On the soft, slippery sand
And the sea came near us.
We listened to her strange laugh...
The sand would envelop us
Our ankles, our arms
With her warm shawl...
The oysters glistened
Like diamonds
In the moonshine.
Reverberated, the light
Threw itself
On our faces...
And all of a sudden you disappeared.
Frightened,
I threw myself in the waves.
At once, the sea fell asleep...
I floated disoriented
In the vastness of the sea
Feeling
Absolutely abandoned...
How much was dream
And how much reality?
