Mi-este foame, Doamne, mi-este foame, Laudă Ție, Doamne, că-s flămând, Ca mănâncă azi copii și mame, Numele Tau, Doamne, lăudând ! E arșiță, Doamne, e arșiță, Mă usuc căutându-te mereu, Că-s lumină, Doamne, dintr-o viță Cu Iisusul, cu Hristosul tău! Mă topesc de boală, Doamne, de tristețe, De necazuri, bătrânețe, și nevoi, Laudă Ție, Doamne, Ție-Ți dau binețe, Laudă Ție, care nu ne părăsești pe noi! Și așa, pe orice vreme, și năpastă, Laudă Ție, Doamne Sfinte, laudă Ție, Îți cântăm cu toată viața noastră asta, De pe-un dulce plai, Iisuse Sfânt, de Românie, Îți cântăm o veșnicie, Doamne, Ție !
