As the day leaves the stage,
his blue eyes filled with tears,
the army of darkness is closing in,
black clouds like soldiers rising
over the green trees
Sun and moon are making love at last,
their passion sinks the sky in rose and gold,
while the night is marching on,
she’s painting a dark hue with her rage
over this desperate unity…
and as the lovers are torn apart,
their broken hearts bleed…
dark shades of violet, red and grey
are the only testimony
of that fleeting moment of bliss,
when sun and moon kissed…
