eternal bliss,
pleasure beyond
the reach of the sun
where the wings of the soul
cannot melt…
pain never ending,
hell’s door ajar,
no escaping the devil’s grin
helpless soul caught in the web
of the mind
mixing the cards of every day,
filling the glass of time
for every second of happiness,
every hour of distress
