oh naturally the subtitle brought me to reading your poem & i was actually expecting to be disappointed (you know how everybody who's ever listened to the doors think they've got a proprietory right over the legacy of jim morrison). but i did find him right there, in the cadence of the words & the torpid atmosphere they induce. if i didnt know i'd sound like yet another tripped-out hippie i'd tell you that i can totally hear morrison's voice uttering your words... but i'll just stop right here.
