După cum e-nvăţătorul, Tot aşa va fi poporul. Dacă-nvăţătoru-i rău, Rău va fi poporul său. Dacă-nvăţătoru-i prost, Prost va fi poporul nost. C-un învăţător deştept, Un deştept popor şi drept.
