The annual Rattle Poetry Prize is one of the most writer-friendly contests in the world. It offers $5000 for the winner and 10 mentions of $100 each. All winning poems are published in the winter issue of Rattle and additional poems from the entries are offered publication as well.
Timothy Green, the organizer of the contest, lives in Los Angeles. American Fractal is his first book-length collection of poetry.
